LOl, if I felt that way I would sell and move my money elsewhere. I feel it will eventually be "something". The key is to build a position and have next to nothing in it and hold until then. This is done most often by flipping a portion during the up times and buying in the low times. Bad strategy is not the fault of anybody but the strategist.
Latest sag in price is due to BK auction for assets of IVAN in the area. Buyers getting better bargain there picking up available parcels for almost nothing.
