I don't think talk about AS, OS, RS...really matters much. Its all BS now. Discussion of pending IR/DragonOX court litigation is pointless.

No products, no revenues, millions in debt, owed back taxes and wages, check bouncing, delinquent filings, etc all = DEAD COMPANY

Discussions of hopeful "what might be" is like giving CPR to a dead body that rigor has already set in. Pointless and a waste of time and energy.
