True - it would be good to see that come down. It's always been loaded with one time costs and a fat, redundant back office. I think cogs can still improve significantly and current efforts should improve cogs and sg&a. Cogs tends to be more difficult to reduce which is the only reason I prioritize it. I agree though - Both should improve and both need to improve and its key that both do improve. q2 will be a good read. I'm especially interested in if these big clearance sales will move product that would have otherwise not sold and will in turn increase revenue. Would be great to see a larger proportion of sales come from US too. I think it was less than $2 million was US last quarter. Mostly all UK. I'm wondering if that FIN ad campaign was Willis thing (waste of money) or the first piece of a U.S. Expansion strategy for FIN.
