What did you expect to happen in between now and the trial date? Bottom line WDDD's lawsuit against ATVI is much stronger after the Markman ruling.

Yes. But the grass is full, lush, very green! Have a few BBQs on it! Enjoy the hurdle that has been overcome and find more money to buy more. It can be considered a gift to have the pps stagnet for a little while longer!

This is going to trial or will be settled before. After trial starts.....I don't foresee any settlement. I would love to see 50cents but start of trial.
