I have a suspicion that Garcia is Joe... only he seems to come out with August 1st notion, and the board thinks it is August 1st.

He silently planted the idea and he is gone.... and yet we hear nothing from the Company so it is very obvious that this character is part of the company.


We are only about 10 days away from August... waited this long will wait little bit more....

Either they are cooking something good or next scam.. in either case they are cooking...
