Even if it was, we wouldn't see it until mid October.

I think the big one to watch is Stryker on 10/29. I feel that if we win that one they will settle.

Today is nullity hearing for the Stryker patent that doesn't matter as much but if we lose that I wouldn't be surprised if the share price drifts to the 2.80 range again.

And we have that September trial vs TRW which isn't looking too positive right now given what happened with Bridgestone. I understand it's a different case but right now the odds are just stacked against us.

Win wise, outside of settlements there's nothing on the calendar until that Stryker trial on 10/29. We may get some positive Markman hearings but that's about it that I see.
