Two completely different things:

The May 2014 release was about an MOU with Invest Africa, Inc., a Florida corporation, "to use the rights to develop Solar Wind Energy Downdraft Towers in Namibia and Botswana, Africa."

Namibia and Botswana are in the southern portion of the continent (Namibia's on the west coast).

Yesterday's release was about an MOU with Elperta Industries Co. Limited "to pursue the finance and development of its thermal downdraft Towers Facilities ("Tower Facility") in Kenya."

Kenya is in east Africa.

My opinion? Like the MOU with Invest Africa (heard anything about it since May of '14?), just another MOU that's going nowhere.
