They all ready have orders and financing but they still cant fill them and now after raising millions of dollars in financing and saying they can now deliver and exapand in Mexico The old IR says "We put Mexico on the back burner"......more like their technology was out of date and couldnt compete.......so now India is the new target well should see shipments in 1 or two or three or four years or they will just put it on the back burner and move to another country. Remember Bland is known to dilute heavily cause it easier to run a company selling shares than to run a company selling product.
