I agree that this has gotten so cheap and so boring in the middle of the summer that any selling means a lower price. IMO, until the company puts out an announcement of a Desalination contract or well drilling deal, the sellers are in control.
For those that can be patient and have some cash available, buying a little each week until Sept will probably be very happy by Oct.
