For clarity Pray, today's 8k filing wasn't news. The corporate slides were unchanged from the recent "new corporate slides released in June.I asked today for the reason for the 're file of the unchanged corporate slides. Ioana in IR said:
"Mast meets institutional investors (both existing and potential) and analysts regularly. As a result, Mast has to 're-file their corporate presentation publicly in order to be able to continue to discuss the information contained therein."
I am not certain of the specific time parameters for the refile requirement, (in terms of refile to investor discussions/meetings) but that is the answer that I received this morning.
