capt, keep in mind that a R/S only helps St. Louis, so it would be in his best interest if an actual offer was coming in to thin out the herd with a large R/S, leaving him once again with a much higher percentage of the stock, for a higher personal percentage on any buyout.

capt, also keep in mind that PeopleVine is a total unknown! Nobody outside of the insiders has the slightest clue about the relationship between ACGX and PeopleVine. Nothing has ever been in the filings, so there is nothing to fall back on as to the percentage of ownership if there is any, the conditions of the deal and if there are any performance contingencies in the deal.

It is frankly pure folly for anyone to speculate what if any value it has to ACGX and any potential buyout rumors that appear to be back in come and go mode lately.
