I own shares of McDonald's stocks but refuse to eat there <gageth> Who says you have to buy what you invest in? However, I do have a GNF subscription but if i see my kids losing interest, it's getting cancelled.
rick...I certainly believe if one is truly an investor AND a movie/games buff then they should try the service if inclined to online rental.But if the sub with GZ is only to try and bolster their sub count then its of little value IMO.Churn for example is a seasonal thing if service is good partly because most folks IMO are into movies and/or games but at certain times of the year their interests turn to other things and simply dont have the time...especially with a lot of extra daylight to burn.If the company cannot get sub increase by their efforts alone then investors are only a bandaid approach to sub growth.I am a sub BTW but only because I enjoy the service which I find to be excellent and not just to aid them on sub growth.
