Besides better communication we need a team that has a sense of urgency. They say they have no control of the listing process, not entirely true in my book and experience. You find out what the road blocks are and you stay in communication, compromise, remove road blocks and get it done. As for loans, this is in entirely in their hands. Solomon says parties (I presume lenders) are pounding on their door to do business with them, ok where is the loan for the mega farm, this should have been a done deal months ago. Bertil's says listings are his number one objective, really? loans? So far a lot of talk. It is time for a change on the Board, we need individuals willing to roll up their sleeves, take on the hard issues, earn their keep. This is no country club. Time is wasting, bad things can happen and competition is certainly on the way.
