First of all, I don't have a group. I was the one that stated in March,'13 that I thought this was a foolish lawsuit and that TMMI had not done all of the diligence required prior to entering this suit. Now one original complaint and three different amendments so I think I have been proven correct. These amendments and hearings aren't free.

I stand pat on this still, TMMI is in a case that, at best, will cost another million, even if we win it. Two and a half million in legal fees and what?
