I think pumping is when people intentionally put out vague or misleading information to intentionally drive the stock price up so they can sell. That is not happening here, no one is saying anything is going to happen or that the magical PR is coming any minute. The group here is just trying to get the word out on the positive tangable things you can see going on at Bitzio
