You can feel bad all you want because the new buyers have made money on their purchases of ANY and are very happy. For the new buyers who did not buy in mid April and onward when you stated the share price was on its way to $2.50, the loss is substantial. They missed a great opportunity id they listened to your forecasts.

Adallom and it's products have absolutely nothing to do with S3D's technology.

DD on Adallom:
Adallom, joins a crowded market for so-called cloud security brokers, SaaS security platform vendors that specialize in protecting Box, Salesforce.com and other popular SaaS services. Adallom's cloud auditing service doesn't provide encryption or single sign-on like other competitors. Instead, it specializes in monitoring access to the cloud services and spotting suspicious user behavior. And Adallom previously found a vulnerability in Office 365. Makes sense why Microsoft bought them and sounds like they got them pretty cheap.

Adallom’s Smart Engines technology works similarly to the way credit card companies track transactions that appear out of the ordinary because it stops attacks by providing real-time reports of odd behavior.

The founders created Adallom with the adage that SaaS as a class is secure but the way employees actually utilize SaaS is not. In November 2013 Adallom launched a complete security solution that audits activities performed in SaaS applications and develops intelligence to predict and protect from IT security issues, providing SaaS end user enablement while maintaining IT control and visibility. It provides tools to build a consistent security policy across all cloud applications at use within an enterprise.

In December 2013, Adallom discovered and reported a token hijacking vulnerability (CVE-2013-5054) bug in Microsoft Office 365.[9] The identity theft vulnerability in Office 365, found in the wild, allowed attackers to grab user identities and steal email and documents. The problem was reported by Noam Liran, chief software architect at Adallom, and the fix was addressed in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS13-104.

Though not entirely similar, Adallom’s closest competitors could be considered to be two other start-ups, SkyHigh Networks and Netskope, according to Klein. Adallom has received $4.5 million in venture-capital funding from Sequoia Capital.

And to answer the question why hasn't S3D been bought out by MSFT yet. It takes two sides to agree, yes? Just ask CRM.

"If MSFT wanted to buy S3d it would've happened already and for a lot less than a billion."

This is a complete speculation on your part, and one that, as I understand, is beyond your competence to judge. Go back to Yahoo with zigzag!

Time to put the battery in your brain and think!

Your post referencing MSFT acquisition announcement today of a company "With no major revenue producing contracts." is evidence and proof that MSFT is more concerned with IP of a cloud supporting company then revenue.

But your conclusion "If MSFT wanted to buy S3d it would've happened already and for a lot less than a billion." is totally erroneous based upon E.K.'s statement on June 15th (NYC Investor Conference)..."no discussion of sale of company unless we start with "B"s"...

...in other words S3D is not going to give itself away...MSFT cannot buy it for a number which starts with Bs and likely many multiples of B.

and the dot connecting is MSFT "S3D IP does what we cant do ourselves" ... that should be a big enough DOT for any investor...unless one has not put a battery in one's brain.

Any new buyers in this forum...should feel very good about their future here.
