Kim is almost certainly incapable of meeting those types of timelines. One has to see this. He's a chronic Overpromiser (we share that, and it's not something I brag about)

That really caught my attention, golferman. A contract is close and as you said, we are already into the second half of the year.

Did everyone catch this line, "It is our goal to have at least one or two major sales and distribution agreements signed in the second half of the year."

In order for Kim to make a statement like this, we have to have the goods, as I have been saying all along!

If anyone is disappointed by this first newsletter, then his/her expectations were too high. As Ben said, it represents a way for the company to keep in touch with shareholders. Some complain that Kim does not communicate. Now he has, and it will continue quarterly....

Kim is fully aware of past estimations and has made adjustments accordingly....

When he says something these days,it's because the business model is progressing satisfactorily enough to do so.

Some will revert to prior history and I can't blame them for doing so but that is then and this is now.

All I can say at this point to those in doubt is they will eventually see what I mean....

My extensive due diligence leads me to believe it.
