Well nobody is going to be shown if they have an order for only 5000 shares at .09, as the minimum required size is 10,000 shares at .09, that is a FACT:

6433. Minimum Quotation Size Requirements For OTC Equity Securities

Every member entering quotations in any inter-dealer quotation system that permits quotation updates on a real-time basis must enter and honor those quotations for at least the minimum size defined in the table below. In this regard, it is the member's responsibility to determine the minimum size requirement applicable to its quotation. Depending on the price level of the quotation, a different minimum size can apply to each side of the market being quoted by the member in a given security.

Price (Bid or Offer) Minimum Quote Size
0.0001–0.0999 10,000
0.10-0.1999 5,000
0.20–0.5099 2,500
0.51–0.9999 1,000
1.00–174.99 100
175.00+ 1

Second AON orders get absolutely no preference in the market, they are in fact the last to be filled and are in fact conditional orders that may not be filled at all.

Once again just because a size shows doesnt mean it is the exact size of that order as many orders are not displayed due to a variety of reasons as already shown in previous posts, but also the minimum size is all that is required and nothing more. Speculating that it has to do with an AON orders is in fact Hogwash, it is baseless, false and misleading as that type of order isnt used.

Match orders are "Internalized" orders typically, meaning they get absolutely no market exposure since it is handled within the same brokerage. Thus why this was so easy to prove false.
