There could be toxic dumping anytime when peeps are ready to dump then they dump there are groups of people that work together buy up a stock pump it then dump it then move to the next IMO hjoe will be dumped worse than it already has I'm looking for the trips to arrive soon I dumped mine I bought in at .0002 and held till the pump arrived to be honest I may buy back in when the trips get here because I'm sure it will be pumped again depends on if hjoe can keep things straight and stop being late on everything but that's my opinion I'm just glad I won't be holding any bags it sucks to watch your money bleed away good luck

I wouldn't put it past Shawn and Veal to think they can hold off the conversions by not filing. something that will eventually BLOW UP in their faces. Especially if it is being done intentionally.

No, there can't be. BUT that only holds true if the company is an SEC registrant. If it's a Pink that "files" with OTCMarkets, then restricted stock can be sold after one year.
