That's right! They were supposedly filing their Form 10 then pulled it and went dark with a Form 15. At the SHM on 6/12 they told us the audits would be done in 30 days. What's today's date? Oh, the 19th...Hmmmm. Seems like they missed another deadline. Surprise, surprise
