this is about global warming not the price of oil.



Assigning guilt has not convinced the masses to pay more. And subsidies to offset costs have failed as well.

The markets are about prices. Always have been and always will be.

Mandates don't make markets, they hinder them. In many cases fossil fuels are taxed or have been taxed to try and help give the inefficient alternatives, such as biomass a boost.

Bureaucrats need to leave my combustion engines alone. That ethanol infused gasoline is bad on my golf cart. And the electric ones don't do good going up and down the hills where I live here in North Georgia.

Globally biomass is headed up no doubt. Especially in Nicaragua.
Countries using primarily carbon based fuel still stand to gain.
