Then the SEC should of shut down this dormant clean debt-free SHELL by now during the SEC Operation Shell-Expel, but yet it STILL trades!

IMSO - the SEC was advised by Doc PSS and team of his plans to use KEYO for a reverse merger play with his NANT EMPIRE!

Rock On KEYO / NANT-Works RTM (Parent Company), and then initiate Tracking Stock public offerings for the subs, starting with NANT-Health (sub) THIS YEAR! ;-)
