Cha...I have a MBA as well. Good for you. I am not misunderstanding the term at all. What I do find difficult to understand is how one can see the words IPO over and over and over again and think it will involve a reverse merger with KEYO.
Chachagirl, I know you're not worried about KEYO. We're in good hands with PSS. Look at sorento. & remember he got out of that trainwreck NEOM where investors lost a mint. Also that rumor of PSS buying into UBRG at 0.005 turned out to be false. Thank god I didn't pull the trigger I was getting ready to drop 15k on that stock. I would have taken a beating. The Doc does not buy trash often but when he does he let's it go & moves on.
KEYO is golden. I'll be here till the end when they change it's ticker to NANT & it's trading @ $100 a share
