Read an article the other day about a company that has developed a easy to use gadget to test drivers for thc intoxication. According to police the problem of thc intoxicated drivers is now out numbering alcohol related drivers. If this is in fact the case we're not going to see any loosening of the laws around the public use of thc. This IMO puts mjmj in a very unique position as an attraction for tourists. It will also become the working model for most states loosening there grips on the use of pot. The perfect set up for a nation wide chain of Bud+Breakfasts as the franchise grows.
Many hotels allow the restricted use of pot but none except for Bed+Breakfast offer the unique experience people will have by staying in a Bud+Breakfast as they are designed to cater to the out of town tourists and guests who come to experience the ability to smoke and enjoy pot without breaking the law. That would mean not driving while intoxicated. Bud+Breakfast is and will be a unique experience where people from out of town and state will go as a destination as opposed to being just a place to stay .. Good idea Joel... Where's #4

"But a separate survey, the largest of its kind, offered another take on the issue -- highlighting the fact that driving under the influence of marijuana may not be nearly as hazardous as the impairment caused by alcohol."
