This apparently was a quaint little restaurant on Alpha Road, with decent reviews and a decent supply of regulars. Then came Darth Love. He started pumping Pho House on his F@cebook site a year ago, moved it to one of his cronies buildings in the middle of nowhere, charged ridiculous rent and a piece of the action, and now it is weeks away for oblivion.

A smart businessman would have have kept the Alpha location open, opened a new place, and downsized if the expansion didn't work. Jeff Love killed the brand, and the stock.

Mac's leased from the past owner and then moved to Grapevine. Now there is a new owner and we lease the old Mac's building from them. Nothing complicated.
