"As a result of the rampant issuance of shares OSLH run out of room and as of April 10 had 641 million outstanding shares out of the 649 million authorized. The company had two options – a reverse split or an increase of the authorized amount. On March 24 they announced that a reverse split is not going to be authorized. This meant that OSLH were going to increase their A/S and they did exactly that – in an official filing from yesterday the company announced that it had increased its authorized shares from 649,000,000 to 1,947,000,000."

Guess the max they have intended is shown for now.
