you are correct , nothing justifies this deal unless it wasn't a deal but an arrangement under the table. my question is can the judge or the court block this "deal" ???
BPZRQ has not turned a proffit for the last 5 years no matter the assets they can not pay the bills is why they are into recievership....chapter 11
according to the IRS you have to make proffit 1 in 3 years or they will shut you down....you can not continually be in the red and stay open for business they are so far in debt assets have to be sold to pay the bills owed the judge will see to it as much debt is paid from assets sold at auction that is his job....not to play partiality to one party or the other
the assets will be sold and as we are now seeing those buying are same people who are on the board of BPZR.....could be some on this board
