I started digging for info on the FCC website this morning. The New Terrestar front man is Jarvinian with Solus and Highland as shareholders. They bid 262,000,000 in the AWS-3 spectrum auction. The company address is Boston, Mass. They put 57,000,000 down at the end of last year. Almost all of their hedge funds are overseas. They basically said they had no income for the last 3 years, but they're able to buy all of this spectrum.
