WOW, those are some pretty harsh words. I really doubt Mr Katzaroff was happy about the response from the FDA and would give him more credit than not giving a *()&*^ about shareholders.
A sharp decline in price was not fun for any of us longs but as investors we assume the risk and sometimes have to deal with those types of price movements. If he really did not care, he would have bailed out and left us all hanging. Lets give him more credit than that!
