Fair enough! I will agree to that but as for me personally I can't really get behind the wheel after even a beer. Especially if I haven't eaten before. It noticeably hinders my reaction time and I don't feel comfortable. I don't agree with using anything if your going to be driving. People do both, they just need to accept the punishment if or when it comes.
