I know bud. I usually look for quick moves in my direction and I'm out. She so happened to just bob around today. I've been trading $SPY for years now and usually if u dont get the move u are looking for within 20 minutes to 30 minutes u abandon the trade. I so happened to leave the house and just got back and room the loss.
