$VLTC 15 min. Chart – very sweet move today – congrats! – $VLTC made a very similar move to the 13th – a couple of the difference for today’s move is Fast STO has corrected & the candles are forming below the middle Bollinger Band @ 8.09 – Fast STO closed above 50 on the 13th and the candles were above the middle BB – the EoD pullback has left room to run to the upper Bollinger Band @ 9.01 resistance level – going forward candles forming above the middle BB = upside potential & candles forming below the middle BB = downside risk –
