We have a difference of opinions here that is all.
As far as what he posted and the "private" it really does not apply to what is public information and ALL his emails have that on the bottom. When communicating company information to a "single" investor he should realize that it is public or else he is providing insider information.... can't have it both ways!
And if it is private, then he should not have sent it to a "single" investor!
