i'd bet 1:100 R/S, that way 4.95mil shares O/S post split and plenty of shares to issue. otherwise they would have kept the SS the same and increased the authorized. they are cleaning the shell up for a new deal. they are a non reporting company so I dont think they have to file an R/S with anyone but existing shareholders or FINRA. i could be wrong, but ill bet i'm not
