Two very true things:

1) They'll have fresh run out of stock by the time of the scheduled SHM, so they'll likely have to raise the A/S just prior to it.

2) If they actually do have some gathering that they call an SHM, it'll be as jam-packed with total actionable lies as the previous ones.
