Let's put it this way....
The company projects Q2-Q4 revenues will AVERAGE $11 Mil.
If they can maintain gross margins (around 30% lately) and keep SG&A in line (at about $1.5 Mil/Q) there is no reason why it shouldn't reach double digits by end of year.
If company doesn't meet its own guidance that's a different story.
Not necessary means its a failure, it's just going to be more difficult to achieve net income on lower revenues
