Mc, if you do call Benchmark, this is your chance to also find out who has been dumping shares at low prices which, as you have stated, didn't make sense to you. How can those dumpers make money?
You can ask them if URHG shares are being shorted and if so, by whom and what Benchmark and URHG can do about that. (I assume they can describe whatever strategy they would use to combat such practices).
I assume that good PR news will help raise the price, but if someone always meets good news by dumping shares cheaper than everyone else, the price may rise but may not stay up. Let us know what you learn.
