My point regarding the petition to legalize use in private businesses like bars or hookah lounges is that tourists will feel less of a need to rent a room at a toking friendly hotel if they can just walk to a tavern and smoke up. Current laws prohibit it everywhere but in a private residence or a B+B like what MJMJ offers.
As to your non-sequitor of a response....
It is a local company, with a few hotels all located in one state. and possibly a cannabis camp in the same state.
if the feds, one day, up and legalized MJ nationally, a la gay marriage, why would MJMJ put a B+B in a state like Indiana or Nebraska? It'll be legal everywhere at that point. I wouldn't feel the need to visit pretty much all of the fly over states just to smoke pot.
