We got some political infighting right now evidently. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), 2016, about to get signed off. THE Customer (your post) is the DLA saying this is what we want, provisions in the 2016 NDAA saying what the customer wants is what he will get. And it goes for the whole govt. DLA cuts off a supplier, their cut off from all govt contracts.

SIA is already organizing, And they've beaten us down before.

Dus het gaat mijn Vriend! I screwed up on my first response, jumped ahead a bit. Your citing is a couple of years old. A lot of water under the bridge. And an easy oversight. Trying to build a case here myself, and jumped to a conclusion.

Still on the side of the bank where, there's a lot going on right now with DLA marking. Yip's post is showing the Semiconductor Industry Association ain't laid over and died. They're promoting a self-policing, monopolistic policy.

AND. They're doing it well.

We have an articulate foe with political saavy here. And our butts are on the line.
