I have posted such a fear. (I know people don't like to hear it). But, really what is going on???

I am at .28 cents - small amount-- planning to add at .21 (order in) - However, each day is like really what is going on???

I know people don't want to hear that. However, this stock has gone from $12.25 to .23 cents in less than 2 1/2 years. Also, this last dilution was a Killer... come on 53 Million shares, at the same time they increased their A/S from 200M to 300M.

Also, this deal of PayOnline how much is it costing them?

I heard $8.5 Million plus financing fees.. Okay let's say a total of $12 million

They make $3-4 Million per year from the acquisition at max. That will take 3-4 years to break even. Someone posted yeah, but their debt doesn't go up. Yeah, at what cost increase the O/S more than 100%.
reducing the value of each share.


Also, it was mentioned that the dilution has not been big only from 46M to 58M. So, in my eyes 53-12 = 41 MILLION shares remain to be dumped. Could that be the reason of the price lower and lower each day.

that is not happening. LOL!! Hell they have 4 million in total debt and just got some heafty financing.

Don't give up they have to Pump it or post GREAT news.. they have a de-listment notice I think by mid December they must hit $1.00. So, it could go PUMP and PUMP news

I am HOLDING and will add more.. Despite some dilution still going on (IMO) - once they complete the dilution; it could run to 1.00 to .125

All dogs have their run...90% of companies RUN UP big before a R/S; De-listment --- BK I agree with Matt that's way far off.. Unless this is a true Management FU all and thank you BUYERS for been so dumb.


but still have some doubts on the Company's management. yEs, THEY can do a R/S imo before they file any Bk. If they do either we are screwed.
