Think about it, wasn't the new TMMI refounded with new PP money?.
And hasn't all the funds been generated through the PP monies, along with the help from RTN?.
It just makes sense that the PP's and institute bankers would receive the news first!!.

Everything else I have researched over the years and if people would just read through the PR's they should be able to read between the lines....
Understanding that lawsuits of this caliber take time....
