NETE here is a good way to look at this. Lets say that we add 3 million out the gate in revenue with payonline and add the 22 million or so they are pulling in a year now. That puts us at 25 million in revenue from current operations and payonline operations without any growth. Now lets say they did dilute the entire 53 million shares ant puts their OS to 111 million OS. Now lets take their current revenue 25 million minus their total debt of around 3.6 million. that gives us around 21.4 million to the good for the year. Now devide that by a total diluted of 111 million shares. That gives us a price of .19 a share in value without any multiple. Now lets look at the fact they would have about 24.5 million in financing at this point. They would also have payonline growing for them as well as their current operations that are clearly showing growth the last few Q's. This tells me this stock is clearly very undervalued here.
