NanoTech Gaming is working with New Jersey’s
Department of Gaming Enforcement to fast-track the
approvals process. Our goal is some time in 2015.

It's nice of them to finally acknowledge that they do in fact need a gaming license to sell their product. Only New Jersey though? Tiny market there compared to Vegas but Vegas is especially strict and would never allow a company with ties to convicted felons. New Jersey won't either but it's fun to pretend I suppose.
