SMS is talking about what they have done in Canada - I checked the list of Distributors in Canada and there are two.

Tabasco dealers, brokers, and our network have been very successful in growing the brand across the USA & Canada.

I do question the amount of DD they could have done on HJOE though - what about financials? were they provided with any? But not shareholders?

Plus the history of SMS is a tad iffy. they changed their name over those supposed 20 years.
I'd like to see if they are willing to put that info in a press release so it could be scrutinized by FINRA or the SEC - where they would have to back up those claims.

Hopefully one of those who supposedly already requested to have a HJOE Franchise will ask for the disclosure info as to how many dealerships actually exist.
