Hope he negotiated a good options package. Horizon Pharma just made an offer to buy the company last week. Depomed is activating their poison pill provision, so should be some interesting few weeks / months there.

BTW, if institutions would acquire EVERY SINGLE SHARE it would then by 100% ownership.
You can't own 102% of anything, since 100% is all that there is. I know that you know that.
