Darrell, There will be an auction for the company in July. Companies will be able to bid on all of IMRIS (core surgical suite business plus the robotics business) or on the core surgical business or robotics business individually. I hope that helps.
and this: IMRIS would be part of a private company at that point. If there is cash over and above the cash to pay off the debt and unsecured creditors, the shareholders will get some of their cash back.
