TKL.......agreed. As has been discussed here before, there is also value in the Net Operating Losses, as they have the potential to be carried forward to be used as tax losses in a company sale to the successor company.

My estimate of that value at this point is between $5-$6 million, given the public information available. The buying company would need to spread the applied losses out over a period of years, so the value would be discounted some, perhaps to about $4 million.....which is 2 cents/share by itself.

The remaining value of the company/technology would depend on a number of factors, with the current operating KDS, financials, sales in the pipeline, and projected future events being at the top of the list.

Then you would need to find the proper fit for a buyer. Ideally in these situations, you would like to have several competitors in line as potential buyers, to allow for better price negotiating.
