ZYOUNG, Aug 17, 2015, as SunfuEL posted to you, is for the SSOL vs All Fortune Jury trial. Aug 18, 2015 is the case conference for the SSOL vs Tianwei case which is progressing because Tianwei now has a lawyer representing them. Nov 3, 2015 is the SSOL CEEG/CSUN Jury trial. As I said before these cases may not be sure wins. My concern is not so much Tianwei and CEEG/CSUN, but the All Fortune case next month. Something dramatically went wrong with the roofing and solar panels. If SSOL were to lose they might have to pay for extensive damages. The R/S could be in preparation for this. Pure speculation on my part, but sounds possible and reasonable to me.

ZYOUNG, I believe I reversed the the lawsuits. The SSOL vs CEEG/CSUN lawsuit comes first next month, Aug 17. I feel the chances are good with them. The problem, I think with with getting $8 Million from Tianwei is it could go into 2017 before any settlement. I have positive hopes for the SSOL vs CEEG/CSUN next month though.
