That could very well be but I find it hard to imagine that IR is dipping into anyone's kitty with the investigation going on and all the other hoopla. No telling who's shares VFIN is selling and why he's still taking up permanent residence and until APT opens up we will not know, imo.

Don't forget, there are still billions in notes that have converted and no way have all those been sold into the market yet.
