TA directed me to contact the company for the current SS. But I think you are correct. I think the first day of the PR on 6/25 had the most dilution and brought the share price down to where it is today. Only 96 million shares traded since then and even if half of them were sold by the company we would still only be at 50 million float. Super low for the OTC.
